Home Care Nursing

We are seeking compassionate and responsible Home Care Nurses to provide quality nursing care to patients at their residences. The role involves assisting patients with daily medical and personal care needs while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care at patients’ homes

• Monitor patient health conditions and vital signs

• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, mobility, and medication reminders

• Support elderly, disabled, or post-operative patients

• Maintain hygiene and infection control standards

• Report patient condition updates to supervisors/family members

• Follow care plans and nursing protocols

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th or 12th pass

• Nursing certification or training preferred (ANM/GNM/Home Care course)

• Freshers can apply (training support provided)

• Good communication and caring attitude

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹10,000 per month (initial)

• Salary hike after 2 years, based on experience and skill development
