Job Title: Critical Care Nurse & Advance Care Nurse – Homecare Duty
Locations: Madurai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Guwahati
Salary (CTC):

• Freshers (Without Registration): ₹9,000 + ₹1,000 travel + accommodation or ₹3,500 allowance

• Freshers (With Registration): ₹12,000 + ₹2,000 travel + accommodation or ₹3,500 allowance

• Experienced Nurses (Critical Care): Up to ₹40,000
  Job Type: Full-time, On-site
  Weekly Off: One day (flexible)

Job Summary

We are hiring Critical Care Nurses to provide one-on-one care to critically ill patients in their homes. This role requires close patient monitoring, clinical support, and independent decision-making during 12-hour or optional 24-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside care to critically ill patients in a home setting

• Maintain focus on one patient per shift

• Monitor vital signs and administer medications

• Coordinate with doctors and report clinical updates

• Ensure hygiene, mobility support, and basic needs

• Maintain patient records and incident reports

• Follow care protocols and emergency procedures

Work Details

• Shift Timing: 12-hour shifts (optional 24-hour with rest day)

• Language Requirements:

  • Hyderabad: Hindi required

  • Other Cities: Local language preferred
