🏥 Job Title: Home Nurse / Personal Caregiver

Location: Farmhouse, Rajokari (Delhi NCR)

📋 Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Home Nurse / Personal Caregiver to provide personalized medical and daily care support to two individuals at a private farmhouse in Rajokari, Delhi NCR. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely medication, regular health monitoring, and maintaining a structured daily care routine.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-home nursing care to both individuals
Ensure timely administration of medicines as per doctors prescription
Regularly monitor and record vital signs (BP, sugar levels, temperature, pulse)
Create and maintain a structured daily schedule for medication, meals, and rest
Assist with daily personal care (hygiene, mobility, basic support if required)
Maintain accurate health records and reports
Observe any health changes and inform family/doctor immediately
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the patient and surroundings
Handle basic medical emergencies calmly and efficiently
