About Cradlewell Cradlewell provides trusted newborn and mother care services at home. We are building a team of trained and caring nurses to support mothers in their recovery and ensure safe care for babies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist mothers with recovery (hygiene, rest, feeding support).

• Provide newborn care including bathing, massage, diapering, and sleep routines.

• Monitor and record health signs of mother and baby; escalate issues promptly.

• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in home-care settings.

• Educate parents on lactation, nutrition, breastfeeding, and hand hygiene.

• Handle special cases such as C-section recovery, premature babies, or twins.

• Guide families by answering care-related questions with empathy.

• Supervise and mentor junior/fresher nurses in mother & baby care practices.

• Coordinate with doctors and the Cradlewell team for continuous care.

• Participate in training programs and support development of new nurses.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM

• Registered Nurse certification preferred

• Strong communication and counselling skills with families.

• Comfortable working in a home-care environment.

• Ability to manage shifts (day/night) and guide junior staff.

• Empathy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Added Benefit experience of mother & baby care, NICU, paediatrics, or maternity wards.

Language Preferred : English & Hindi (Must)

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
