Job Title: Home Care Nurse

Department: Assisted Living

Job Summary:

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurses to provide high-quality medical care to patients in their homes. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and supporting recovery while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care at home as per doctor’s instructions

• Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen levels)

• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids as prescribed

• Perform wound care, dressing, catheter care, and tube feeding

• Assist patients with daily activities (ADL) such as bathing, mobility, and hygiene

• Maintain accurate patient records and reports

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care procedures

• Ensure infection control and maintain hygienic environment

• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare team for patient updates

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM / Diploma in Nursing

• Experience: Fresher or experienced (0–10+ years)

• Registration: Valid Nursing Council Registration

• Gender: Male / Female

Skills Required:

• Good clinical and nursing skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach

• Ability to handle emergency situations

• Basic knowledge of medical equipment

Working Hours:

• 12 Hours / 24 Hours Duty (Based on requirement)

Reporting To:

• Home Care Coordinator / Nursing Supervisor

Additional Requirements:

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Candidates staying near service locations are preferred

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
