Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our Homecare team. The ideal candidate will provide professional nursing care to patients at home, ensuring comfort, safety, and adherence to medical protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.

• Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV infusions.

• Monitor vital signs and record patient health progress accurately.

• Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities.

• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals as needed.

• Maintain medical equipment and ensure proper usage.

• Educate patients and family members on post-treatment care and health management.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of patient conditions.

• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: 10th pass.12th pass, GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing

• Registration: Must be a registered nurse with a valid nursing council license.

• Experience: 0–5 years of experience in hospital or homecare nursing (freshers can apply).

• Skills:

• Excellent clinical and observation skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Empathy and patience while dealing with patients

• Ability to work independently and responsibly

• Job Type: Full-time (Field-based – Homecare visits)

• Working Hours: Rotational shifts / Day & Night shifts (as per patient requirement)
