Home Care Nursing

StaffCraft India is looking for compassionate and responsible individuals to provide non-medical home care support to senior citizens. This role focuses on companionship, assistance with daily activities, and ensuring comfort and safety — not medical treatment or nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with daily activities (walking, light exercises, mobility support)

• Help with personal care (grooming, dressing assistance — no medical procedures)

• Prepare simple meals and ensure proper hydration

• Assist with medication reminders (no administration unless instructed by family)

• Accompany seniors to nearby walks, parks, or appointments (if required)

• Maintain cleanliness of the senior’s personal space

• Monitor overall well-being and report concerns to family members

• Engage in conversations, reading, or recreational activities

Requirements

• Prior experience in elderly care preferred

• Polite, patient, and respectful behavior

• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety practices

• Physically fit to assist with mobility support

• No criminal background.

• It is a Full Time Nurse / Compounder job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
