Job Description

We are looking for compassionate and responsible Home Nurses (Care Takers) to provide quality care and support to patients at in our care center. The candidate should ensure patient comfort, hygiene, and basic medical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting)

Monitor patient health and report any changes to family or supervisor

Assist patients with mobility and exercises

Administer basic medication as prescribed (if trained)

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient’s surroundings

Offer emotional support and companionship to patients

Follow instructions given by doctors or senior staff

Maintain patient records if required
