Home Care Nursing

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated, nurturing, and trustworthy live-in babysitter to provide round-the-clock (24x7) care and supervision for our child(ren). This role requires a high level of commitment, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with children. The babysitter will be responsible for ensuring the child(ren)’s safety, well-being, and development in a supportive, structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time supervision and care 24/7, including overnight

• Create and maintain a consistent daily routine including meals, naps, playtime, and bedtime

• Engage children with developmentally appropriate activities and learning opportunities

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks

• Assist with homework and school-related activities (if applicable)

• Ensure a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment

• Support emotional and physical development through positive reinforcement

• Administer medication or basic first aid as needed

• Travel with the family or care for children during parents' travel (if requested)

• Communicate regularly with parents about the child’s health, behavior, and progress

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in full-time or live-in childcare

• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

• Strong understanding of child development and safety

• Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergencies

• Trustworthy, respectful of family privacy, and professional

• Flexible and adaptable to family’s schedule and needs

Working Hours:

• 24/7 availability required

• Days off and breaks to be scheduled and agreed upon with the family
