Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the patient with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene.

• Provide mobility support — repositioning the patient to prevent bedsores and ensure comfort.

• Administer medications on time as per the doctor’s instructions.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient’s surroundings (bedroom, bed linen, utensils, etc.).

• Monitor and report health changes (such as temperature, appetite, or behavior) to family or doctor.

• Offer companionship and emotional support, creating a positive and caring atmosphere.

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to the patient.

• Ensure timely meals and hydration as per diet requirements.
