Job Responsibility

·         Administer Medications: 

Give prescribed medications and monitor for reactions or side effects. 

·         Monitor Vital Signs: 

Track blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and other vital signs. 

·         Perform Wound Care: 

Clean and redress wounds as needed. 

·         Assist with Personal Hygiene: 

Help patients with daily grooming and personal care tasks. 

·         Monitor Health: 

Assess and monitor patients' overall health status and changes in their condition. 

• Create Care Plans: 

Develop and update personalized care plans based on initial evaluations and ongoing patient needs. 

• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: 

Work with doctors and other professionals to create and modify comprehensive healthcare plans. 

• Communicate with Physicians: 

Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and their doctors. 

·         Educate Patients: 

Provide information on health conditions, medication management, and preventive measures. 

·         Educate Families: 

Train caregivers on how to provide proper ongoing care for the patient.
