Position: Nursing Sales Officer – Eldercare Services

Location: Pune

About the Role

We are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Sales Officer to join us.

Working exclusively under the EcoMed Solutions – Emoha banner, on the payrolls of our esteemed business partners and Elderpreneurs, you will play a crucial role in daily operations, team management, care planning, escalation handling, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our elderly clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day operations of the home healthcare department.

Conduct health assessments of elders.

Ensure efficient service delivery, adherence to protocols, and timely issue resolution.

2. Team Management

Lead and manage a team of nurses and attendants.

Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Collaborate with Nursing Head on care plan and patient data management.

3. Node Management

Attend and resolve elders’ queries.

Provide services to elders as and when required.

4. Escalation Handling

Address and resolve escalated issues from clients, families, or caregivers.

Ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.

5. Empanelment & Vendor Management

Manage empanelment of nursing and attendant vendors.

Monitor performance and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

6. Collaboration & Coordination

Work with multidisciplinary teams including Emoha’s central team, doctors, therapists, and social workers.

Ensure holistic care for clients.

Key Skills

Nursing background with a minimum of 3 years in healthcare

Managerial or supervisory experience in home healthcare preferred

Strong expertise in care plan development and review

Qualifications

BSc Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institution
