Job Title: Homecare Nurse
Job Description:
We are hiring compassionate and dedicated Homecare Nurses to provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate should be skilled in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, vital signs monitoring, and maintaining accurate patient records. The nurse will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care at patients' homes.
Monitor vital signs and patient condition.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
Perform wound dressing, catheter care, Ryle's tube care, tracheostomy care, and IV care (as required).
Educate patients and caregivers on home care and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and report patient progress.
Requirements:
Diploma in Nursing/GDA/ANM/GNM/B.Sc Nursing qualification.
Valid Nursing Council Registration (preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and patient care skills.
Willingness to travel for home visits.
