About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and skilled Nurses to provide holistic healthcare and support to elderly residents in our Senior Care Home. The role involves clinical care, emotional support, and ensuring the overall wellbeing of senior citizens.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day nursing care to residents including medication administration, wound dressing, vital signs monitoring, and hygiene management.

• Assist doctors and healthcare specialists during visits, examinations, and treatments.

• Maintain accurate patient records, care plans, and medical documentation.

• Monitor health conditions of residents and respond promptly to emergencies.

• Support residents with mobility, personal care, and daily living activities when required.

• Educate and counsel residents and families on health, nutrition, and wellness.

• Ensure infection control practices and adherence to safety standards.

• Coordinate with caregivers, attendants, and management for seamless resident care.

Skills & Competencies

• Clinical knowledge in elderly care, chronic disease management, and palliative care.

• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.

• Ability to handle emergencies with calmness and confidence.

  Work Environment

• Shift-based work (Morning, Evening, Night) to ensure 24x7 care.

• Warm, supportive, and resident-focused care setting.
