Job Description

Position: Home Nursing Staff / Home Care NurseJob Responsibilities:Provide basic nursing care to patients at homeMonitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, sugar levels, etc.)Administer medications as prescribed by the doctorAssist patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, mobility, and toiletingPerform wound care, dressing changes, injections, catheter care, and IV care (if trained)Support elderly, bedridden, post-surgery, or chronically ill patientsMaintain patient hygiene and comfortObserve patient condition and report changes to the doctor or supervisorEducate patients and family members on basic health care and medication usageMaintain proper records and reportsFollow infection control and safety protocolsRequired Qualifications:GNM / ANM / BSc Nursing / MPHW / Trained Home Care AssistantValid nursing registration (for nurses)Experience in home care or hospital setting preferredBasic knowledge of medical equipmentGood communication and patient-care skillsSkills Required:Compassionate and patient-focused attitudeAbility to work independentlyBasic medical knowledgeTime management and responsibility
