Home Care Nurse

Job Description:

As a Home Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly patients and families by delivering high-quality, personalized nursing care at their residence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic and advanced nursing care (medication administration, vitals monitoring, wound dressing, etc.)

• Monitor patient health status and report changes to company/family.

• Educate family members about patient care, and medication routines.

• Maintain accurate patient records and care reports.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to elderly clients.

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.

Job Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM (Registered with State Nursing Council).

• Minimum 1 year of clinical or home care experience preferred or willingness to learn.

• Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of elderly diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, dementia).

• Ability to handle medical emergencies and follow protocols.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
