Key Skills & Requirements
Typing Speed: Minimum 28 words per minute (WPM) with 98% accuracy
English Proficiency: B1H level or higher (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
Basic understanding of US healthcare processes (patient care, claims, pharmacy support, or member call preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare queries such as patient care, pharmacy support, grievance, and appeal cases
Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Ensure all data entry and updates are accurate and timely
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns
Adhere to compliance standards and data privacy regulations in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA)
