Healthcare Assistant – Ayurvedic Health Camps

Herbs and Fresh Healthcare is looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our team and support the smooth delivery of quality healthcare services at our Ayurvedic Health Camps.

The role involves assisting doctors and healthcare professionals, attending to patients, conducting routine health checks, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for every patient.

Healthcare Assistant – Ayurvedic Health Camps

💰 In-Hand Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Salary will depend on qualifications, relevant experience, and skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients during health camp consultations.

- Identify patients’ basic healthcare needs and record relevant health information.

- Check and monitor routine health parameters such as blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature, weight, and other basic measurements.

- Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during patient consultations and procedures.

- Administer medicines or treatments only as prescribed or directed by qualified healthcare professionals.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, reports, and health information.

- Explain prescribed healthcare routines and general wellness guidance to patients and their families.

- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, patient safety, and infection-control practices at the health camp.

- Prepare patients for consultations, examinations, and routine diagnostic checks.

- Support the healthcare team in organizing and conducting Ayurvedic health camp activities.

- Handle patients with empathy, patience, professionalism, and respect.

🎓 Eligibility & Job Requirements

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

- Experience: 1–6+ years in healthcare, hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre, health camps, or a related field.

- Candidates with relevant healthcare or medical certifications will be preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively with doctors, healthcare professionals, and patients.

- Good observation and basic problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a health-camp environment.

- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-friendly attitude.

- Willingness to travel or work at different health-camp locations, if required.
