Healthcare Assistant

We are looking for a qualified registered Healthcare Assistant for a Client of Legion Hiresoft India Private Limited in Sector 1 Ghansoli to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22000 - ₹25000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talk to patients over the phone and check on their health status.

• Provide emotional and psychological support to help them manage chronic or serious conditions.

• Guide and motivate patients to continue care and enroll in our health programs.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (any South Indian language is a bonus).

• Strong listening skills and empathy.

• Passionate about helping people and improving patient care.

• Clear and confident speaking ability.

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field such as:
  Paramedics, Clinical Psychology, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Nutrition, or similar.
