Job Role & Responsibilities:

मरीज की दैनिक गतिविधियों (खाना खिलाना, नहलाना, कपड़े बदलना आदि) में सहायता करना।

समय पर दवा देना और डॉक्टर/नर्स के निर्देशों का पालन करना।

मरीज के साथ रहकर भावनात्मक समर्थन देना।

मरीज की साफ-सफाई, हाइजीन और कमरे की व्यवस्था का ध्यान रखना।

अचानक आपातकालीन स्थिति आने पर तुरंत नर्स/डॉक्टर को सूचित करना।

Skills & Qualifications:

10th / 12th पास या समकक्ष।

बेसिक हेल्थकेयर और पेशेंट केयर की समझ।

धैर्यवान, ईमानदार और जिम्मेदार स्वभाव।

पूर्व अनुभव वालों को प्राथमिकता।

2. Position: Nursing Staff (GNM/ANM/B.Sc Nursing)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

मरीज की संपूर्ण नर्सिंग देखभाल करना (Vitals monitoring, IV/IM injections, Dressing, Catheter care आदि)।

डॉक्टर के निर्देशों के अनुसार दवाइयाँ और उपचार देना।

ICU/Home Care/Bedside care services प्रदान करना।

मरीज की स्थिति की रिपोर्ट तैयार करना और परिवार को जानकारी देना।

आपातकालीन स्थिति में तुरंत प्राथमिक उपचार (First Aid/CPR) देना।

Skills & Qualifications:

GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing / Nursing Diploma अनिवार्य।

पंजीकृत (Registered) और वैध नर्सिंग काउंसिल सर्टिफिकेट होना चाहिए।

Critical Care/Home Health Care का अनुभव वांछनीय।

प्रोफेशनल, ईमानदार और मरीज के प्रति संवेदनशील व्यवहार।
