Dental Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures (fillings, extractions, cleanings, etc.)

• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following infection control protocols

• Take and develop dental X-rays as directed

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

• Prepare treatment rooms before each patient visit

• Provide post-treatment care instructions to patients

• Manage dental supplies and inventory

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments (if applicable)

• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Support administrative tasks such as billing and insurance processing (as needed)
