Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Dental Assistant to join our team at Laxmi Dental Care. The candidate should be disciplined, willing to learn, and committed to maintaining high standards of patient care and clinic hygiene.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assisting dentist during dental procedures (chairside assistance)
Preparing and sterilizing instruments before and after procedures
Maintaining clinic hygiene and cleanliness at all times
Managing patient appointments and basic front desk coordination
Handling patient records and documentation
Supporting doctors in smooth clinic operations
Ensuring proper inventory management of dental materials
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of dental instruments (preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication skills
Punctuality and discipline are mandatory
Willingness to work in a team environment
Minimum commitment of 6 months required
Important Rules (Must Read):
Minimum 30 days working compulsory (No salary if not completed)
30 days notice period mandatory before leaving job
Salary will be processed only after completing salary cycle
Irregular attendance / sudden leaves will not be accepted
