Job Title : Dental Clinic Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Clinic Manager / Dentist
Timings : 9:30AM to 8:30PM
Break : 2:30PM to 4:30PM
Salary : 12k to 15k Per month.
Clinical Support
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures (e.g., fillings, extractions, root canals).
Prepare patients for treatment and ensure comfort.
Take and develop dental X-rays (if certified and permitted by law).
Provide post-treatment care instructions to patients.
Infection Control & Safety
Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and clinical areas.
Dispose of medical waste according to regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Attend all incoming and outgoing calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly
• Coordinate and line up patient appointments as per the doctors' availability
• Provide daily summary reports to doctors including appointment schedules, cancellations, and follow-ups
Other Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Coordination
• Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out
• Maintain and update appointment calendars
• Handle patient queries courteously
• Manage walk-ins and emergency bookings effectively
2. Administrative Duties
• Ensure proper registration and documentation of new patients
• Keep the reception area clean and organized
• Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
• Assist with maintaining clinic licenses and compliance records
3. Billing & Insurance
• Prepare and explain bills to patients
• Manage payments, receipts, and daily cash flow
• Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing
• Follow up on pending payments or rejections
4. Software & Reporting
• Operate clinic management software for scheduling and records
• Maintain digital patient files securely
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and doctors
5. Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare or Office Admin preferred)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a dental or medical front office
• Strong command of English and \[local language]
• Familiarity with dental software is an advantage (e.g., Dentrix, Practo, etc.)

Salary Range:
