🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

Welcome and assist patients warmly at the front desk

Manage appointment bookings and scheduling via phone and software

Maintain patient records and follow up reminders

Handle billing and payments efficiently

Coordinate with the dentist for daily schedules

Dental Assisting Duties:

Assist the dentist during procedures (chairside assistance)

Prepare and sterilize instruments before and after procedures

Guide patients with pre- and post-treatment care

Maintain cleanliness and infection control in the operatory

Manage inventory of dental materials and restock when needed

Friendly and presentable with good communication skills

Basic knowledge of computers and record-keeping

Willingness to learn dental assisting techniques on the job

Previous experience (if any) is an added advantage
