We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team at Dental Clinic to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 - ₹15,000 for first 2 months. Salary will increase after completion of the first 2 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during dental examinations and procedures.
Prepare dental instruments, equipment, and the treatment area.
Clean and sterilize instruments according to clinic protocols.
Help patients get ready for dental procedures and provide basic assistance.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic.
Arrange and manage dental supplies and instruments.
Support daily clinic operations and patient coordination.
Follow infection-control procedures and safety guidelines.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
