Clinic Helper

Job Description:

We are looking for a Dental Helper to support our dental team in providing quality patient care and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinic environment. The Dental Helper will assist dentists, dental assistants, and reception staff in day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

• Help in preparing the dental chair and operatory before and after each patient.

• Support in sterilizing and arranging dental instruments.

• Guide and assist patients in the waiting and treatment areas.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic.

• Assist with basic tasks such as passing instruments, handling suction, and organizing supplies.

• Ensure proper disposal of medical waste.

• Run errands within the clinic (e.g., bringing files, materials, or patient records).

• Provide support to dental assistants and reception staff as needed.

Requirements

• Basic education (12th pass preferred).

• Willingness to learn dental procedures and clinic protocols.

• Good communication and polite behavior with patients.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Punctual, reliable, and hygienic.
