Assist doctors during patient consultations, including preparing patients for examination and supporting routine clinical procedures.
Maintain and update patient records, including medical history, treatment progress, and diagnostic reports.
Coordinate diagnostic tests, such as sputum tests, blood tests, X-rays, and other investigations required for TB diagnosis and monitoring.
Provide basic counselling to TB patients, explaining medication schedules, treatment adherence importance, and infection prevention practices.
Support medication dispensing and treatment monitoring, ensuring patients receive medicines as prescribed and understand dosage instructions.
Manage patient flow within the clinic, including registration, appointment scheduling, and guiding patients through different departments.
Assist in clinic operations, including inventory management of medicines, maintaining cleanliness of clinical areas, and supporting administrative tasks as required.
