Job Summary

The Clinic Assistant supports the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic by assisting doctors and therapists, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining hygiene standards, managing basic documentation, and ensuring patients have a comfortable experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare treatment rooms before patient appointments.

- Assist doctors and therapists during consultations and procedures.

- Clean, disinfect, and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment according to clinic protocols.

- Ensure all treatment materials and consumables are available before procedures.

- Welcome patients and guide them to the consultation or treatment room.

- Assist with patient preparation before and after treatments.

- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

- Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor when stock is low.

- Help receive, store, and organize clinic supplies.

- Support the front desk with appointment coordination and patient flow when required.

- Follow all clinic SOPs, infection control, and safety guidelines.

- Perform opening and closing clinic duties as assigned.

- Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Diploma or Graduate preferred.

- Experience in a clinic, hospital, or aesthetic clinic is an advantage.

- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.

Working Hours

As per clinic operating hours and weekly roster.
