Key Responsibilities:

1. Infant Care

Feeding (breast milk / formula) as per schedule

Burping baby after feeding

Preparing and sterilizing feeding bottles

Introducing semi-solid food as per age guidance

2. Hygiene & Safety

Diaper changing and cleaning

Bathing baby safely

Maintaining clean clothes and bedding

Ensuring safe sleeping position

Monitoring temperature and health signs

3. Health Monitoring

Checking temperature if required

Administering medicines as prescribed

Observing signs of illness (fever, vomiting, rash, diarrhea)

Informing parents/supervisor immediately in case of concern

4. Developmental Support

Age-appropriate play activities

Talking and engaging for language development

Encouraging crawling / sitting / walking (as per age)

5. Record Keeping

Maintaining feeding chart

Sleep chart

Urine & stool output monitoring

Medicine administration record
