Live-in Nanny/Babysitter for Infant (Female Preferred)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced live-in nanny/babysitter to provide full-time, 24-hour care for our 1.5-month-old infant. This is a unique opportunity for a compassionate individual to become an integral part of our household, ensuring the well-being and development of our baby.

Responsibilities:

• 24/7 Infant Care: Provide constant supervision and care for the baby, including feeding (bottle-feeding/formula preparation as needed), diaper changes, bathing, and dressing.

• Sleep Support: Establish and maintain a consistent sleep routine, soothing the baby to sleep and monitoring during naps and nighttime hours.

• Hygiene and Health: Maintain a clean and safe environment for the baby, sanitize bottles and baby equipment, and monitor for any signs of discomfort or illness, communicating promptly with parents.

• Developmental Engagement: Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities that stimulate development, such as tummy time, gentle play, singing, and reading.

• Household Support (Baby-Related): Light tidying of the baby's nursery and play areas, and laundry related to the baby.

• Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with parents regarding the baby's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.

• Emergency Preparedness: Be prepared to handle minor emergencies and follow established protocols.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience caring for infants, ideally newborns or very young babies (under 6 months).

• Maturity and Responsibility: A highly responsible, mature, and patient individual with a genuine love for children.

• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to providing consistent, high-quality care.

• Background Check: Willingness to undergo a thorough background check.

• Female Preferred: Due to the nature of live-in care for an infant, we prefer a female candidate.
