Job Title: Baby Care Taker / Neonatal Care Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Baby Care Taker to provide high-quality care for infants and newborns. The ideal candidate should have relevant medical or nursing qualifications and hands-on experience in baby or neonatal care. This role requires patience, attentiveness, and a strong understanding of infant health and hygiene.

Qualifications Required

General Duty Assistant (GDA)

Multi-Purpose Health Worker (MPHW)

Neonatal Care Certification

Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM)

Post BSc Nursing

BSc Nursing

Experience

Prior experience in baby care, neonatal care, hospital, or home care settings preferred

Freshers with relevant certifications may also be considered

Location:Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

Provide complete care for infants and newborns, including feeding, bathing, and diaper changing

Monitor baby’s health, growth, and daily routine

Assist with neonatal care, including preterm or special-needs babies if required

Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times

Administer basic care as per medical instructions

Support parents with baby care guidance and education

Maintain accurate records of baby’s activities and health observations

12-hour shifts

24-hour shifts

Salary

₹45,000 – ₹500000 per month (based on qualifications, experience, and shift type)
