Job Description

We are seeking a baby care to provide full-time residential support for children in a nurturing home environment. The ideal candidate will live on-site and be available 24/7, ensuring the highest level of care, safety, and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive care to children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and maintaining hygiene.
Engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
Create a safe, loving, and stimulating environment.
Assist with homework, reading, and creative play.
Monitor children’s health and well-being, reporting concerns promptly.
Maintain routines and discipline with kindness and patience.
Support household tasks related to childcare (meal preparation, tidying play areas, laundry for children).

Requirements

Male candidate only
Age: Below 35 years
Proven experience in childcare or nanny services.
Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy personality.
Ability to commit to a residential, 24/7 role.
Strong communication skills and ability to bond with children.
Basic knowledge of first aid preferred.

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Accommodation and meals provided.
