Job Description

Job Opening: Night Nanny (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

Location: Auramom
Salary (In-hand): ₹20,000 – ₹25,000

Auramom is looking for a dedicated and experienced Night Nanny to provide attentive overnight care for infants and ensure a safe, calm, and hygienic environment throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full overnight care for the baby (8 PM – 8 AM)
Attend to night feedings, burping, diaper changes, and soothing the baby back to sleep
Monitor the baby’s comfort, sleep patterns, and overall well-being during the night
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the baby’s immediate area (crib, feeding items, baby clothes, bottles, etc.)
Follow safe sleep practices and baby care guidelines at all times
Handle baby-related items and products safely and hygienically
Report any health concerns, unusual behavior, or safety issues to parents/supervisor immediately

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Below 10th standard acceptable
Experience: 2 – 6+ years as a Night Nanny / Baby Care / Infant Caregiver
Strong knowledge of newborn and infant night care routines
Ability to stay alert, calm, and patient during night hours
Good time management, attention to detail, and physical stamina
Gentle, responsible, and trustworthy attitude toward infant care
