NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks an Application Support and Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Noida/Bangalore/Hyderabad. Client's business problem to solve? Position's General Duties and Tasks Incident & Problem Management: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring timely restoration of services and adherence to SLAs; perform root cause analysis for recurring issues. Application Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform regular maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams. Change & Release Support: Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations, particularly for regulated healthcare workflows. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation; ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), security standards, and data privacy requirements Skills Description 5 – 8 years of experience Deep understanding of pharmacy workflows (dispensing, compounding, verification) Experience supporting automated dispensing cabinets, barcode labelling, packaging systems Knowledge of USP 795/797/800, ISBT‑128, DEA, and medication safety standards Ability to manage drug libraries, formulary updates, and EMR/Pharmacy system interfaces Skills integrating pharmacy systems with billing, EMR, and inventory platforms Troubleshooting medication device connectivity, cabinets, pumps, and robotics Experience working with Pharmacy systems like AutoPharm, Connect-Rx, MedNet, Spectrum IQ and other similar applications About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
