Application Specialist- Diagnostics The Opportunity: The Opportunity: Application Specialist will execute a range of complex technical support tasks to enhance customer experience and support commercial teams, often going beyond standard responses or procedures. Provides guidance on product features, regulatory documentation, and troubleshooting, while adapting responses to meet market- or customer-specific needs such as compliance documents and technical clarifications. Supports escalations, resolves non-routine issues using experience and judgment, and collaborates with internal teams and customers to deliver accurate and effective solutions. What we’re looking for: • Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Biochemistry or Microbiology • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience, along with 3 years of experience as an Application Specialist in a similar role How you will thrive and create an impact: • Execute a range of complex technical support tasks to enhance customer experience and support commercial teams, often going beyond standard responses or procedures • Provide detailed guidance on product features, regulatory documentation, and troubleshooting by leveraging strong knowledge of the product portfolio and customer use cases • Adapt and customize documentation or responses to meet unique customer- or market-specific requirements (e.g., customized compliance certificates, region-specific technical statements, product performance clarifications) • Oversee or coordinate day-to-day activities of the technical support team, ensuring timely and accurate handling of escalated or specialized inquiries • Resolve non-routine and complex problems using sound judgment and practical insights gained through experience • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (regulatory, quality, R&D, and commercial teams), as well as customers, to interpret requirements and deliver accurate, customer-centric technical support.
