Job Description

Job Title: Stock Keeper

Chocole is seeking a disciplined, smart, and multitasking Stock Keeper to join their team. If you have 1-3 years of experience in stock management and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and requisitions from both vendors and internal teams.

• Systematically manage stock levels and establish efficient reorder points to ensure optimal inventory.

• Update and reconcile stock information on both Tally and Excel spreadsheets.

• Conduct thorough quantity and quality checks on all incoming vendor deliveries.

• Accurately issue stock to various teams based on approved requisitions and internal checks.

• Report any stock discrepancies to the Purchase Manager and ensure no GRN is issued until vendor invoice corrections are made.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a stock-keeping or inventory management role.

• Strong understanding of stock control procedures.

• Proficiency in using Tally and Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills.
