Purchase Executive

We are hiring a dedicated Purchase Executive to join General Diagnostic International Private Limited in Navi Mumbai, Sector 24 Turbhe. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will work closely with the supply chain team to ensure goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹24000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Materials Order Requisition.

Raise material requests based on stock levels and departmental needs.

Ensure timely processing of requisitions.

Vendor Follow-Up.

Coordinate with vendors for order confirmation, dispatch, and timely delivery.

Maintain records of communication and update internal stakeholders.

Materials Receiving (For HO).

Verify received materials against purchase orders.

Ensure proper documentation and quality checks at the time of receiving.

Invoice Inward Entry (For HO)

Enter supplier invoices accurately in the system.

Ensure alignment with received materials and purchase terms.

Barcoding and Racking (For HO)

Assign barcodes to incoming materials.

Organize and store materials systematically in designated racks.

Reagents Out Movement Monitoring.

Manage issuance of reagents as per request and ensure proper logging.

Monitor usage to avoid misuse or wastage.

Replenishment

Track consumption trends and ensure timely stock refilling.

Maintain minimum stock levels to avoid shortages.

Physical and Online Stock Monitoring

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system data.

Report any discrepancies and update records accordingly.

Critical Stock Arrangement

Identify and prioritize procurement of critical or fast-moving items.

Coordinate urgent sourcing in case of unexpected requirements.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience in a similar role are eligible for this position. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. Additionally, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and the ability to manage time effectively are a plus.
