About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Pricing Specialist – Import Sea Freight. This role is critical in ensuring competitive and profitable pricing while maintaining strong relationships with shipping lines and overseas partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle pricing requests from the Sales team and deliver competitive ocean freight rates.

• Negotiate freight terms with shipping lines and global agents.

• Manage and respond to monthly and quarterly RFQs ensuring pricing accuracy and profitability.

• Analyze freight market trends, fuel surcharges, and pricing fluctuations to fine-tune strategies.

• Resolve pricing issues and ensure adherence to service agreements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and agents to secure priority rates and space.

• Develop new overseas agency partnerships and strengthen existing ones.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in Import Sea Freight Pricing

• Strong knowledge of global trade lanes, shipping logistics, and freight market dynamics

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities

• Prior experience working with shipping lines and overseas agents
