Export Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Export Executive to manage our international sales and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients and freight forwarders, preparing export documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and driving smooth export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end export documentation including invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines.

• Ensure timely shipments and delivery as per customer requirements.

• Monitor LC (Letter of Credit) and payment terms; coordinate with banks as needed.

• Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and documentation standards.

• Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate export records.

• Liaise with international clients and resolve shipment-related queries.

Qualifications and Skills:

·         Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.

·         ABOVE 3 years of experience in export operations or international logistics.

·         Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, export documentation, and shipping procedures.

·         Familiarity with customs clearance and DGFT procedures.

·         Excellent communication and coordination skills.

·         Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (Tally preferred).
