Import Export Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Updating consignee on daily basis regarding new upcoming shipment.

2. Maintaining DSR for each consignee.

3. Following up with agent for draft BL and share draft to customer for approval.

4. Tracking shipment/ vessel on daily basis and updating to customers.

5. After vessel sailing, follow up with agent for pre-alerts.

6. Following up with agent for Telex MBL and HBL.

7. Checking with CHA for checklist and share the same with consignee.

8. Follow-up for BOE before vessel arrival & Filing on ODEX or Shipping line Portal.

9. Sending IGM details to customer.

10. Approaching shipping line to share invoice.

11. Following up with shipping line to release the DO.

12. Coordinate with CHA for clearance.

13. Once OC is cleared, coordinate with transporter for vehicle.

14. Updating customer transportation and arrival of cargo at warehouse.

15. Following up with CHA and transporter for bills for job closing.
