Job Role – Export Documentation – Executive

Location: Current location Dadar East but shifting to Chembur east from July 2025.

Graduate: Any graduate

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 3rd Sat off)

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Prepare pre & post shipment documentation for export by air & sea.

·        Coordinate with CHA to get freight and negotiate to get best rate. 

·        Ensure timely submission of export documents to CHA (Customs House Agent) for clearance. 

·        Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during the export process. 

·        Maintain accurate records of all export transactions.

·        Creating Performa invoice and coordinating with Billing team to obtain Export invoices, packing list and mailing the same to international clients

·        Maintain records of payment received from International client and escalate delayed payments.
