JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY
Over all Restaurant service area of a store, Restaurant Setup, outlet Neat & Cleanliness, Service Food & Beverage to customers’.
1. Responsible for keeping the restaurant sitting area clean and ready to serve the customers with F&B Services & Personal Attention.
2. Responsible for checking the kitchen inventory and keep a record.
3. Responsible for Informing Restaurant Supervisor for daily, weekly and monthly purchasing as per the raw material requirement.
4. Responsible for billing of customer.
5. Responsible for customer handling and team handling.
6. Responsible to maintain the food cost by minimizing the waste management.
7. Responsible to handle the customer complaints, if any and also responsible to maintain the food quality and food taste of outlet.
The candidate should be able to speak Hindi and Good English.
The candidate should be able to represent his menu & Services to Customers.
The candidate should maintain the transparency between his store employees, management and other External People.
Responsible to be a good team member.
1. Responsible to give each and every information of inventory either its kitchen of service area or stationary to upper management or reporting manager.
2. Responsible to be in discipline. Person should maintain the duty hours as per restaurant timing.
3. Responsible for his uniform and other belongings which company will give him at the time of joining.
He should return uniform and other belongings whenever he will leave or else our company has rights to deduct the cost of uniform and other things.
4. Responsible to manage the KOT of Kitchen with Respective Dish cook.
5. Responsible to keep the premises clean and manage emergency situation if footfalls is heavy in restaurants. Willing to work nicely
