We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Loan Telesales Executive to promote and sell loan products (personal loans, business loans) over the phone. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, target-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 months to 6 years of experience in telesales, preferably in loans or financial products

• Good communication skills in English and local languages

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Basic knowledge of loan products and the financial industry

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (not mandatory for experienced candidates)

• Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or loan aggregators
