Senior Counsellor

We are looking for a Counsellor to join our team The Admission Solution. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting company to council the parents and students for their academic counselling according to their requirement and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers Rs. 25000 - 35000/- in hand salary and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the data remains accurate, accessible and contributes to smooth operations.

• Verify data accuracy, make corrections and identify irregularities in a timely manner.

• Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.

• Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

• Providing emotional support and counselling to students over the phone and maintaining students' confidentiality and records. 

• Assessing student’s needs and developing counselling plans and listening actively and empathetically to student’s concerns.

• Offering guidance and support to help student’s manage stress, anxiety, or other issues.

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students and parents face-to-face at the office or during scheduled sessions.

• Understand students' academic background, interests, and career goals to guide them on appropriate course and college selections.

• Offer detailed information on colleges, entrance exams, admission timelines, scholarships, and eligibility criteria.

• Analyse the performance of Tele-caller and maintain the record daily.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduates and Experience Range should be above 2 years. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 Working Days during the Day shift.

• Required candidate should know the any of the languages i.e. Kannada, Marathi, Telugu, Bengali, Odia and Tamil.

• Mandatory Languages for the candidate is English & Hindi ( Understand & Speaks).

The Job requirement should need the employee to relocate to the Gurgaon, Sector 48.

• It is a Full Time टेलिसेल्स / टेलिमार्केटिंग job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
