generating leads and sales through phone communication for a courier or cargo company Identify and target potential clients through market research and prospecting. Present company services and offers to potential clients, aiming to convert leads into sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns. Qualify leads based on their needs and follow up to nurture them through the sales process. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system. Prepare and submit sales reports to management. 

Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales, or a similar role, particularly in the logistics or courier industry, is often preferred. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

Strong sales acumen, including the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals. 

Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Ability to address customer issues and resolve them effectively.

Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
