Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Australia, introducing the company’s solar installation services.
Explain the benefits of solar energy and how solar installations can lead to cost savings.
Generate interest and set up appointments or leads for the sales team to follow up.
Maintain and update customer inquiry databases and call logs accurately.
Answer basic queries regarding solar products and services; escalate more complex questions to the relevant team.
Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and lead generation.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the management team.
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience in outbound calling, telecalling, or a similar role (experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is a plus).
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and benefits to non-technical customers.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Willingness to learn about solar products and industry trends.
Basic computer skills; experience with CRM or call management software is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Flexibility to work during Australian business hours.
