Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database
Explain the company’s products/services in a clear and convincing manner
Answer incoming customer queries and resolve issues when needed
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer feedback
Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; a graduate degree is an advantage
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident and polite phone etiquette
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Good listening and problem-solving skills
