Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Handle inbound queries in a professional and timely manner.

• Explain product/service offerings clearly and persuasively.

• Follow up with customers and maintain relationships for future opportunities.

• Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, and conversions.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.

• Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.

• Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduate.

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).

• Language proficiency: [Mention required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in [real estate/insurance/education/retail/etc.].

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
