Key Focus Areas:
• Handle and convert leads generated from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Aajjo, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), etc.
• Regular follow-ups on previous and dormant leads to maintain engagement.
• Manage B2B and Private Label inquiries and provide tailored solutions based on business requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships to convert leads into long-term clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Contact existing and potential customers using structured scripts.
• Understand customer specifications and offer appropriate product solutions.
• Address queries and provide information related to it's product range.
• Maintain accurate call logs, update lead status, and manage CRM entries.
• Process product orders efficiently and support the Sales team with lead qualification.
• Maintain consistent follow-up schedules for lead nurturing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Share customer feedback with relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
• 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales
• Experience in dealing with B2B clients or eCommerce leads is preferred
