We are seeking proactive and dedicated Sales Executives to manage and grow relationships with existing customers only. This is an office-based role with minimal travel.
Manage daily communication with existing channel partners/distributors.
Take regular follow-ups to increase repeat business and monthly billing.
Update customers about new launches, schemes, offers, and gifts.
Resolve queries and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, interactions, and payments.
Work closely with marketing, accounts, and operations teams to serve customer needs.
3-4 years of sales/customer handling experience (pharma industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and regional language(s).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools).
Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and problem-solving skills.
Fixed working hours (office-based role)
